Refund & Cancellation

1. Scope
This policy applies to course fees paid to Tonso Digital for programs listed on tonso.digital. Digital content and live cohort seats are covered; third-party exam or tool fees are excluded.
2. Eligibility Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed downloadable materials or attended live sessions. For self-paced courses, access to more than 20% of content voids full refund eligibility.
3. Partial Refunds
After the 14-day window or partial access, refunds may be prorated at our discretion based on unused modules and administrative costs. Team bootcamps cancelled by Tonso Digital receive a full refund or credit.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Completed mentor audit sessions, issued certificates, and custom on-site workshop travel costs are non-refundable once delivered. Promotional or bundled discounts may adjust refund amounts proportionally.
5. Process
Email [email protected] with your name, program, payment reference, and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
6. Processing Time
Refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days depending on your card issuer or bank in Korea.
7. Consumer Rights (Korea)
Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related regulations, including cooling-off periods for certain distance contracts where applicable.
8. Cancellations by Participant
Cohort transfers to a later date may be available once per enrolment if requested 7+ days before start. Late cancellations forfeit deposit portions as stated in your enrolment confirmation.
