1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tonso.digital and enrolling in programs offered by Tonso Digital, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services or submit enrolment requests.

2. Services Description

Tonso Digital provides educational courses and workshops in targeting analytics optimization. Content is informational and educational. We do not operate payment checkout on this website; prices are displayed for reference. Enrolment and payment arrangements are completed through separate communication.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information, respect intellectual property in course materials, and not redistribute templates or recordings without written permission. You are responsible for maintaining credentials to any third-party platforms used in labs.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, branding, and site content are owned by Tonso Digital or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use during and after enrolment as specified in your enrolment agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Tonso Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or courses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Gangwon-do, Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

7. Termination

We may suspend access for violation of these terms or abusive behavior. You may stop using our services at any time. Provisions on intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law survive termination.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms with a revised "last updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated via email where practicable. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
